All services are delivered via our web-based AI platform “AIIP” (https://aiip.jp) on a subscription basis.
販売価格 / Pricing Plans 当社サービスは月額課金制（サブスクリプション）です。価格はすべて税込です。

Basicプラン： 月額 30,000円（税込）／1 ID（AI特許書類生成機能を1ユーザーで利用可能）
Growプラン： 月額 50,000円（税込）／2 ID（チーム向け共有機能付き）
Advancedプラン： 月額 100,000円（税込）／5 ID（追加分析・クラウド保存機能付き）
Enterpriseプラン： 月額 250,000円（税込）／15 ID（大規模法人向け管理機能付き）

A one-week free trial is available before switching to a paid plan. (自動的に有料プランに移行する前に解約可能です。)
商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Fees インターネット接続料金、通信料金等はお客様のご負担となります。
Internet access and communication fees are borne by the customer.
支払方法 / Payment Method クレジットカード（Stripe）によるオンライン決済 / Credit card payment via Stripe.
支払時期 / Payment Timing 申込時に即時決済。サブスクリプションは月次で自動更新されます。
Payment is processed immediately upon subscription and renews automatically on a monthly basis.
サービス提供時期 / Service Availability 決済完了後、即時にマイページからサービスをご利用いただけます。
Service is available immediately upon successful payment via the user dashboard.
返品・キャンセル・解約 / Returns & Cancellations 通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。
デジタルサービスの性質上、役務提供開始後（アカウント発行・利用開始後）の返金はできません（法令で認められる場合を除く）。
無料期間終了後は自動的に有料プランへ移行します。移行を希望されない場合は、無料期間終了日の前日までに解約手続きを行ってください。
通常更新の解約は次回更新日の10日前までにマイページから手続きしてください。期日を過ぎると自動更新となります。
解約手続きが完了しない場合は有料プランの料金が発生します。途中解約による日割り・月途中の返金はありません。

Cooling-off does not apply to online transactions.
No refunds will be issued once service provision has begun (account issued or access started), unless required by law.
After the free trial ends, your plan will automatically transition to a paid plan. Please cancel by the day before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellations must be completed at least 10 days before the next billing date. Otherwise, automatic renewal will occur.
This cancellation policy complies with the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
